Coonambula Resources Group Pty Ltd (“CRG”) ACN 607 591 168 was incorporated on eleventh day of August 2015 in Queensland Australia. The company has offered its shares to private wholesale and retail shareholders since incorporation.
Since this time CRG has acquired a formal Gold Mining license ML-100132 on a property known as the Cheltenham Station. In addition, CRG operates an Extractive Industries Permit issued by Queensland Local Government for the extraction of sand, gravel and stone from a Quarry located on the Coonambula Station.
Both the Cheltenham and Coonambula Stations are adjacent properties located approximately four (4) hours north west of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The company manages a number of associated companies which operate parts of the two synergistic, but separate CRG mining and quarrying projects.

Coonambula Resources Group Pty Ltd has come through the Corvid 19 Pandemic after suffering a two-year period of not being able to move to production due to health and safety and environmental requirements. Through 2022 the company has refreshed its governance and physical assets on site. A significant level of stockpiling has been completed awaiting Off-takers to re-engage sales.
